We are open to discussing the purchase of your pool service business and routes on behalf of our franchisees. We would like you to consider converting your business over to an Ultra Pool Care Squad franchise as it could alleviate many of the concerns you are experiencing with your current business. We recommend that you call us at (855) 85-CLEAN and talk to our Development Team about your situation and discover if we may be able to assist you with any transition.
We offer you something better. We are offering “territories” that will be exclusive to you and your franchise organization. This allows you to build not only a route but a company that will provide revenue and value.
Our team will provide marketing and training support so that you have the best chance of success in recruiting new customers – and then keeping them for a long-term relationship.
In some instances, we will have existing customers already within a territory. This will be discussed as part of your franchise agreement; however, most territories will be areas that allow you to build your business.
The monthly fees include the 7.5% royalty fee and the 2.5% marketing fee. There is also a monthly technology fee of $250 which covers your local UPCS website, your official UPCS email address, regular postings on certain social media accounts, and more.
Absolutely! There are multi-route opportunities available. Your Ultra Pool Care Squad franchise advisor will be happy to tell you all about it!
No one is going to be as invested in your business as you are. We find that, at least in the beginning, owner/operators are better able to establish and grow their business. As you add more customers, there will come a time when you may need to add another truck and build a team. That’s where being a franchisee is helpful – Ultra Pool Care Squad’s support team can help you make the correct moves to keep your business growing.
Your time to clean a pool varies depending on the size of the pool, time of year, and how much it is used – but on average it will take about 45 minutes per pool.
Our experience has shown us that one Pool Tech in an Ultra Pol Care Squad van can clean 40-50 pools per week in addition to servicing and installing equipment. We recommend you set your pool route Monday – Thursday and leave Friday as a service day. Using these numbers, you would be cleaning about 10 – 13 pools a day.
Yes – we have a monthly technology fee is to help create and maintain some of the digital tools you’ll use to market your Ultra Pool Care Squad franchise. These tools include individual location web pages; branded email addresses, and social media pages – with available content to download and post. The Ultra Pool Care Squad technology fee is $250/month.
It is impossible for us to answer this question as there are so many factors that impact earning potential – from which business model you choose, to prior experience level, to where your territory is located, to how much work you put in on the business… We can say for sure that we think the opportunity to be your own boss is priceless!
Absolutely not! As long as you know where the water goes in a pool, then our intensive training program will teach you the rest!
The initial franchise fee for a single territory is $25,000. We also offer a multi-territory agreement. If you sign this agreement, you commit to opening and operating multiple franchises in a defined territory. Under this option, the franchise fee is reduced to $20,000 per franchise.
As our way of saying “Thank You” to those who serve, we currently offer a 50% discount on the franchise fee for your first UPCS franchise to all active and reserve members of the U.S. Armed Forces, all honorably discharged veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces, and all current and retired first responders (including police officers, firefighters, paramedics, doctors, and nurses).
The initial investment to open your Ultra Pool Care Squad business will vary based on your territory, business model, and other factors. It generally ranges between $74,305 and $152,360. Royalty fees are what make a franchise system possible. Franchisors use royalties to grow the brand and the business. These monies support the use of the Ultra Pool Care Squad trademarks as well as providing ongoing field support and updates to manuals, systems, and infrastructure. The Ultra Pool Care Squad has a monthly royalty fee of 7.5% of Gross Revenue.
Advertising and marketing are two key elements to grow a business. As an Ultra Pool Care Squad franchisee, you will have two ways to contribute to advertising and marketing. The first is through a monthly marketing fee of 2.5% of Gross Revenue. Franchisees will also spend 2.5% of Gross Revenue on marketing and advertising programs in their territory.
